MONMOUTH COUNTY – A convenience store in Monmouth County, New Jersey, sold the Powerball ticket that won $1 million in the Saturday lottery draw. Soda King on Gordons Corner Road in Manalapan was the location where the fortunate ticket holder made their purchase, as announced by the state lottery officials on Monday. The winning digits were 26, 51, 54, 61, and 69, with a Powerball number of 25 and a Power Play multiplier of 3X. Indiana also saw the sale of another $1 million ticket that matched five of the winning numbers.

The jackpot for Monday was set at $125 million, offering a cash payout option of $59.6 million. For those entering the Powerball, the chances of winning the jackpot stand at 292,201,388 to 1. Those purchasing a $2 ticket have a roughly 1 in 11,688,053 chance to match five numbers, winning a minimum of $1 million, and the probability of securing a third prize of at least $50,000 is 913,129 to 1.

Powerball draws take place thrice a week, every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, across 45 states as well as the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
